Shampoo is no longer included.
Deep Conditioning Shampoo treatments are available to add on to service
ALL clients must have hair shampooed, de-tangled, and free of any products (NO leave in conditions, oils, or gels) or appointment will have to be rescheduled or canceled with NO deposit refund.
Braiding hair 1B, 2 & 4 is the only hair that can be provided.
Only the hair that is accepted for use will be allowed for appointment. (Outre, x-pressions, or send message inquiring about other options)
I understand things happen, communicate with me if changes need to be made.
15 min grace period is given before having to possibly reschedule (late starts are based on the schedule).
Please be courteous and cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of appointment.
No call/No show clients will be banned.

This service includes a steam treatment and starts with a comprehensive shampoo and invigorating scalp scrub. It is then followed by a soothing deep conditioning massage enhanced with oils, lasting for 30-45 minutes.

For different braid colors and services, you're welcome to bring your own approved hair. For braid services, you can bring Outre or X-pressions brands. For soft locs, you can bring Nu Locs or similar brands, along with Cuban Twist or Spring Twist for securing (you can Google these brands for picture references).

I understand if you need to bring your child along for your appointment. Please remember to bring everything necessary to keep your child calm during the service. The scheduled service time is dedicated solely to your appointment, so I kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining the flow of the service. It's essential to keep the environment clean and sanitary for the comfort of all clients and the reputation of my business.

Before your appointment, please ensure that your hair is thoroughly cleaned within 48 hours prior to the service. It's important to detangle your hair beforehand to minimize time during the appointment. Feel free to use heat protectant sprays and light scalp oils. However, please refrain from using leave-in conditioners or lotions, as this may require an additional deep cleaning treatment or necessitate rescheduling. If needed, place hair in plaits or ponytails to keep hair detangled.
